I agree 100% It was the best customer service I have ever had.

My old site was broken, and they moved it and fixed it. I was amazed.

My old host told me to fix it myself. That was unacceptable as they were the ones who broke it during an upgrade.

If this is the kind of service I can expect in the future then I plan on being a customer for a very long time, and recommend it to any one who asks.

I've been with Siteground for a few months...

Their support has been the best I have seen anywhere, the features and flexibility of their hosting plan is just incredible...

I have reccomended Siteground to quite a few people, I hope that they have moved too.

Recently I have had a minor problem with my account. Not really a problem... rather than a special need. And I've got a best available solution. Quick and very user-friendly. Never thought that such things were possible... Anyway not for $5. But this is true! Thanks, SiteGround! :)

I've recently had great customer service experiences with Nigel and Nick. Siteground really goes the extra mile. I've referred at least one new customer and will refer more.

Well, I too have been here for couple of months, and its really great.
You can even add a support ticket for an installation of a program if you dont know how to!
I have been to Host Monster, and they dont have that feature, which was sad, and I was an epic noob back then, but then I found siteground, and said: I think this service would be better. So I deleted the hostmonster application, and came to Siteground.

Its totally AWESOME!

I have been using SiteGround for a number of years now.

Even though I don't use a premium package, I must say I cannot find anything bad about their services. Usually there is more bad things that outweigh the good things about businesses and you have to choose a business based on which one has the least bad points. SiteGround delivers what they promise and the benefiters are the customers.

Over the years I have been with them, I have never experienced a price increase, there has been minimal downtime with my webspace (probably within their agreed SLA) and the features of my account have gotten BETTER than when I first signed up. I do not experience this sort of thing anywhere else in my life where I pay for something.

I recommend SiteGround as a webhost to anyone that asks me.
