Drupal 4.7 - where is update.php?

I have a Drupal installation (done by siteground's support team) at the root of my domain, but for some reason update.php is not there... So after installing some modules, I was told to visit www.mydomain.com/update.php, but the file isn't there. Any hints?

I am not sure why the update.php file is not there -- probably the Fantastico developers decided it is not needed :)

You can simply download the original source (make sure you get the same version), find the file in it, and upload it on your account.
