I just started here today, and am very new to all this. I uploaded some stuff, deleted some and got myself all confused. Is there a way to reset everything back to how it was when it was first created for me?

I don't know the details of the case, but you may either request a backup restore (you have to ask the support if the backup will contain this initial setup), or you may request a fresh installation of whatever software you use. In any case, post a ticket about that and see what the support team will recommend you.
