Simple Guestbook not working

Hi, I'm starting to build my own site, and I want to add to it a simple guestbook by the moment. The input fields work, the posting works, but when I want to edit the template, clicking over "Edit Guestbook Template", my changes are not saved. I click over "save" and it takes me to a page that says that it's saved but it doesn't give any link to the simple guestbook page. So when I manually return to it, I click again over "Edit Guestbook Template" and I see that it was like before. Nothing was saved.

Could you please help me out with this problem? Thank you very much.

PS: my english is far from being perfect, I hope you understand what I mean.
