My personal favorite is Horde, as the prettiest and most functional webmail interface.
Squirrelmail is very good too -- has a lot of features, and is faster than Horde.
I would not recommend NeoMail -- it uses POP3 to get the messages from the server, which will make them accessible only via NeoMail.
