Hey I set up my webmail on my domain and added a few users, however they cannot logon as they are supposed to through:
www.mydomain.com/webmail
the only one that can logOn there is the SiteOwner (luckily me :P)
after I did and logged Out again, I can use the LogOutPage to relogin as a different User, which however is not a satisfying solution :(
Any Idea?
really appreciate help
cheers

If it's all set up right (they're using the correct passwords etc) they should be able to log in through "www.mydomain.com/webmail" so long as they are using their full email address to login.
E.g. Username="user@mydomain.com" Password=*****
I'm not quite sure I understand what you're saying though - you can login through other user names, but they can't???

Hezeel is right.

if that's the correct issue. Resolved earlier.
If it's not, please specify where we went wrong.

hey guys,
thanx for the answers.....
It should be all set up right...However I have been trying Horde and Squirrel (both under the same account). Do u know if that * disabled word ** disabled word ** disabled word ** disabled word *s anything up?
What I was referring too with "after I logged on" above is:
If I log on over www.mydomain.com/webmail with the account of the webspace, I am able to get to my webmail account. After loggin out, there is a new logOn page, which is different to the one I get under "www.mydomain.com/webmail"
If I try to log on as another user (one of those who can't log on over www.mydomain.com/webmail) it will work from there, which is pretty weird.
any idea?
cheers

I wasn't aware of a problem using horde/squirellmail/neo I would assume it shouldn't matter & SHOULD be the same as using different email programs on your pc (eg outlook & something else).
I know the "login again" page you're talking about. It looks like it takes you to something like "https://mysite.com:2096"
Can your users login if they go straight there?
Where do your users run into problems? I mean what screen do they get to? What error (if any) do they get?

Hey...for whomever it might concern in the future....
watch out using neo/squirrel...as of a siteground answer...they move all messages into an own folder in order to display them....
=> using different mail clients in exchange (timewise) will result in having mails in different places
=> big noGO
