Modify Moodle installation with Dreamweaver?

I am attempting to modify the current Moodle theme I have running with Dreamweaver 8 but have hit a wall. I seem to be unable to set up the "remote testing server" Dreamweaver is requesting.

Is there an easier way to go about altering just some of the general layout of the Moodle theme?

Hello,

You can edit the theme by editing the files of the template before you import it in the Moodle.

However, you need to be sure you keep the structure intact.

Another way is to modify just the files of the installed template from the templates directory.

There is no way to edit the template live as it is on the server with Dreamweaver.
