I'm having some subdomain problems and ticketing system is a bit confusing so i'll post my problem here.

A while ago when I used cPanel to setup domain, it worked perfectly - I made a subdomain 'somesubdomain.domain.com' and it used files from '/public_html/somesubdomain/', but NOW all my subdomains go to / (the main directory of my account). I tried making a .htaccess file, but then all site was showing ERROR 500 [Internal Server Error]

This indeed seems as a serious issue of the cPanel software, which we can easily resolve if you just post a ticket. Our Support Team will gladly assist you in the fastest possible way. The correct category you will have to post into is cPanel problems -> Other cPanel problems.

We will be looking forward to your ticket, the Help Desk ticketing system is 24/7/365 available and, I hope, you will be impressed with the support response time.

Hello TheAPO,

In order to post a ticket to the Support Team, you simply have to login to your Customer Area, proceed to the "Get Support" section, and then to the "Help Desk" button.

From there, you can post a ticket using a category that is most related to your problem. In your case, you may post the ticket in the "cPanel problems" category.
