Hi there. I need to install DLLs to complete integration with my merchant. I loaded all the files but can't find any utility in PLESK that allows me to execute the setup.bat file.

Does anyone know where in Plesk I do thos or of another way to do this? I made an attempt to do it via an FTP session but I don't know the commands and the info on the net didn't seem to be the right commands either.

Thanks!

Hi there :)

I am afraid that on a shared hosting server we can not allow you to run a .bat, .com or .exe file extension either through Plesk or via a request at our Help Desk. Due to the fact that a lot of Customers are sharing one resource, even divided in different vhosts, the server core itself is one for all of them and the dependancies can be easily broken. This is why we do not allow such files to be changed -- in order to avoid unwanted and unexpected changes of the server configuration itself. This can be allowed on a Windows VPS/Dedicated Server.

You can drop an email at our Sales team at sales@siteground.com, so my colleagues provide you with our custom offers for Windows VPS/Dedicated servers and introduce you their benefits.
