Hi,
Unfortunately since MW 1.7.1 the only way to upgrade is by running the update script from the command-line, or by running the installer again and then running refreshLinks from the command-line. So either way we're stuck with the command line which requires us here at SiteGround to request a ticket.
So, my question is whenever I need to upgrade, should I just post a ticket for running the update script, or should I run the installer and have them run refreshLinks? Or better yet, would they just do the upgrade for me, i.e. expand the archive into the directory and overwrite the old version? :)
