If i want a totally new hosting account, should i follow the link from my customers area, or from the main site? Or are they the same? :confused:

To order a completely separate account that will have its own user area login, you should not be logged in your user area on siteground.com.
For the order to go through, you will also need a different e-mail address -- the system won't let you use the one you used for ordering the first account.
