Reading the docs on the http://doc.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=Wiki+Config&highlight=adding%20users
it says "to access administration, go to Home Page and, on the Menu, click on "Admin (click!)" but I do not see that when I login as admin; I can edit the page but how do I create new users and limit their priviliges?
