um....yeah. This is vBulletin. You just need to buy a license. You can easily customize it.
A vBulletin license is about $180. It's so not worth it. Go with SMF. Youll sacrafice a few features, but gain alot more functionallity. Trust me, ive tried both. SMF is teh win.

vBulletin is $85 for a leased license which has to be renewed after i year or $160 for an owned license.With the owned license after the first year with an owned license it is $30 for support and upgrades.
How can you say vBulletin is not worth it,i have tried most of the boards and found vB to be the best one.
