VTiger Install Problems

After I upload vtiger files to our web site, the vTiger configuration wizard runs fine but the "Generate Database" script does not run. (The page before says "This may take 4 minutes ..." but the page just flashes and the "Completed" page is displayed. When I then go to the home page, I cannot login in as the admin user (which is the only one). Help. I noticed that there are some vTiger issues which support can correct. Can you help me out?

I try to install vtiger and i got the same problem with database
it's empty after process install

This is a known vTiger issue.

The best solution for it is to edit the install.php file before proceeding with the installation itself.

The line that should be edited is:

ini_set("zend.ze1_compatibility_mode", "1");

You should either comment it or set the value to 0, so that the line looks like:

ini_set("zend.ze1_compatibility_mode", "0");

Then save the file and start the installation.

I have done this, and finally don't go
4 minutes from 0 seconds became about 2 seconds but t the end I can't login in both english and italian version again, now I call the siteground support, sure that they will solve my problem quickly, like to other people
