multiple cms

i currently have drupal cms installed that i use for my website; but, i would like to play around with other cms using the same siteground account. is it possible? and how do i do that?

Just install them via fantastico in the cpanel (make sure you put in a new directory name when you're installing them though, so that they don't overwrite anything in drupal :) )
