cPanel/phpMyAdmin via Port 80?

Hello here,
my question: can I access my control panel and especially phpMyAdmin using usual HTTP port 80? Our proxy server here does not allow connections via 2082 (http://66.98.140.64:2082/).

OK... I have found the answer in the SiteGround's welcome mail:

" NOTE: If you are unable to log into your cpanel at both the provided URL's, there is a chance that you are accessing our server from behind a firewall and the ports used by cpanel (2082,2083) may be closed. In such case, please try using the following URL:

http://cpanel.clev9.com "

(some of us have clev10 or clev8 indeed)

When I attempt to log in get the error, Login Attempt Failed.

What other ports have other people been able to use?

The two ports mentioned above are the only two we use for cPanel. You obviously access the cPanel, however, you can't log in. You may try to access the cpanel on clev9.com by IP: 207.218.208.3, if the domain has not resolved login might fail.

However, I believe the problem is that you try to access the wrong server - your account is not located on server clev9.com - rather on siteground130.com. You may contact us in a ticket or on the live chat to see what's the server (you'll need to provide a valid email or domain).

It may have seemed simple, but I missed it.
All I needed was http://cpanel.siteground130.com
