Groupware

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good groupware-type application that I can use. We run a company of 2 and we are in different countries but would like some type of program (opensource of course) where we can have a sharecalendar, maybe Instant message each other, post notes, todo list, and a document manager...

I have looked at phpGroupware, GroupOffice, Groupware and e-groupware...

Any ideas... recommendations or tips on what to stay away from?
