I just tried installing Nucleus 3.2 through the Fantastico panel and it gave me the following error message:
The installation can not be completed:
- You need to upgrade to at least EDGE 10.4.0-103 in order to install.
Is EDGE 10.4.0-103 something that Site Ground needs to install?
Anyway, it's not a huge deal. I can install Nucleus independent of Fantastico, was just curious.

I had the same error come up with 2 other installations - phpBB and with Siteframe. The only difference is that I am not good enough to install anything without fantastico.
I will put in a ticket but I would like to know how to install without fantastico and without the great support people...

This is a very common problem lately.
It appears when you try to install an application in an existing folder.
For example:
If you create the folder test first.
When you try to install the application to the /test folder it gives the error.
You should install the application from Fantastico without creating the folder.
