I built my business site with no prior website experience with the zen site builder. Any opinions on how to improve the look and usability will be greatly appreciated. This is a site for my business. It's important that it looks good, is logical to navigate, helps my customers learn about the business, products, and is well optimized for the search engines.

Please check it out at billiardsandmore.com (http://www.billiardsandmore.com)

Your website looks pretty good, some div's overlap each other and you might want to fix that by "dragging" them a little. Else your site looks professionally buildt, exept maybe the poor quality pool table image at the top, can you make it transparent?

I'm tweaking this site almost daily. I'll work on the spacing and the picture. Thanks for the input. If you or anyone else has any other suggestions please let me know.

My site was just listed with DMOZ today and google finally put me up. I was doing great with the other major search engines except google. I'm pretty excited that this little zen site is search engine friendly and is getting listed.

Nice look to the site. Guessing you fixed the problem graphic because it looked good to me. On the main page where you list out via a sentence all the products you offer... I suggest you bullet point them, rather then include in a sentence.

pool tables
poker tables
poker chips
air hockey

This makes them stand out at glance...

Also some cross promotion/ links/ info you could post. The travel Chanel has John Ratzenberger's Made in America show. They have a show which features Vitalie tables. I looked on the travel channel site and didn't see listed...maybe when they update?

But overall easy to use. I did notice under the products the right side blue menu is too far over to the left in firefox. If I was in the market, you site would be a good starting point.

Formatting your text would work wonders... using different colors, sizes, and font-types for titles, subtitles, and text. Try some CSS. Otherwise, looks good.

Thanks for your reviews. I'm having trouble with the manufacturer link pages when viewed with firefox. The menu bar on the right overlaps text. I keep tweaking and haven't found the fix. If anyone has a suggestion for a fix please let me know.

I'll work on the fonts. I like that idea. Some of the pages are too vanilla.

I didn't do bullet points ( which would make great sense for customers ) to help optimize the site for search engines. I'll see if I can add them in another area for readability for customers.

I'm sorry but I have to ask. What's CSS?

The John Ratzenberger suggestion is great. I'll see what I can add. I run his segment as a promotion in my showroom. I'll see what I can do for the site with it.

Thanks again for everyone's time in checking out the site and your input.

Really nice job :)

billiard, I would be glad to show your website as a sample one when we are asked for a website, created with the SiteBuilder! :D

Just a small comment, maybe center the entire page so its not sitting to the left hand of the screen and down at the bottom of the page if you center Misc Link and Partners together so they are not sitting out from each other.

Other than that, its a nice site built with a site builder. I have never had the time to learn how to use a site builder so I am always impressed by people who can :)

Owain.

I would love to center the page as suggested. I haven't been able to figure out how to do it on my own. If anyone using sitebuilder knows how to do this please let me know.

Zen Sitebuilder has seemed pretty easy to learn. I have zero experience with the internet and site building. The most exciting part is that the site is very search engine friendly. I have tried to learn what I can about SEO and apply it to my site. For some of the terms I have tried to optimize for I'm not just 1st page on Google, MSN and Yahoo, but I'm 1st listing. I'm amazed that this was possible with a free program.

I'm tweaking the site almost daily. Everyones suggestions are greatly appreciated and are applied when possible.

Thank you Site Ground. I recommend you highly.
