Until now, I have been accessing the customer area via my first and main account, focusedandfree.com (focuseda). That account is set to expire on NOV 9 and I am not renewing it. However, I still have two other accounts here at SG, which I have only been able to access from the customer area via my focuseda account.

So my questions is, how, once my focuseda account has expired, how will I access the customer area for either of my other two accounts? I ask, as thus far I have been unable to log in to the customer area using either of those accounts.

Dear focuseda,

The username and password for your Customer Area will remain the same even after your focusedandfree.com account expires and is no longer active.

This means that you will be able to login to your Custoemr Area the same way as before. You will continue to see your 3 accounts in there, although one of them will be expired.

The account you ordered first will always remain in your SiteGround "file" and the suspenssion of the account itself will not prevent you from logging to your Customer Area.
