Well, i was curious if there is a way to acsess sitegrounds nameservers to make subdomains resolve to ipadresses instead of re-direct to sites. I would like "irc.xplicitaudio.com" to resolve to my irc server's ip adress. The domain "xplicitaudio.com" is being hosted on a siteground server. Is there a way to acsess the dns pool so i can make it resolve propperly?
Thanks

Well, actually you do not have the needed privileges to change your DNS zone. This is only done by our DNS administrators.
However, you can request a DNS change 24/7 through our support ticketing system. You just have to login and request the changes you would like to have.
I can guaranee you that it will not take longer than a few moments until our support team fulfills your request.
Let us know if we can help you with anything else :)
Kind Regards,
Tom

thanks tom, i apreciate it. However, if i requested that transfer, would xplicitaudio.com still resolve and point to the sg server with my hosting on it? (because i dont want to change that, i only want to make irc.xplicitaudio.com resolve to another ip)
apreciate you help. :)
