Need Help With Lost Files

If anybody could help..

SiteGround lost VERY important files that were a part of my website. It is so urgent that a recoup them. Does anybody know what to do?

I sent a ticket, the answer from the support people was..

Your files are corrupted...

What kind of support is that? How do important files entrusted to this hosting company become corrupted with no solution to retrieving the data?

My question to this forum was to let the siteground people know what to do, how to retrieve these files. I don't think they know how.
