i am unable to launch sitebuilder to setup a website. I use Moxilla Firefox internet server as my default server. I also tried to launch sitebuilder from ms int explorer to no avail. From int explorer i get diverted to a site called NATION.COM. From Firefox i receive the message: 404 NOT FOUND error. Could someone help. I've been trying to post tickets all morning for help but yet to receive any assistance. :(

Our SiteBuilder is only designed to work with MS Internet Explorer. You will not be able to use it with Mozilla FireFox or any other browser.
However, if it doesn't work with IE, then that is a problem. Could you please reopen any of your tickets, and ask the support members to forward them to Larry -- he is our SiteBuilder Specialist. He will be able to help you, I suppose.
