Changing email address

Hi All,

I know its Sunday, but in computer land there is no such thing as weekends off! Well, here is my problem, I used SG for almost a year and like it. I have since changed career and now don't need SG. I own my own hosting company and forgot to change my email address in SG as my cable company was my email provider before.

So, I added my new email account to my current SG account and am presently transferring my domain name over to my business account. How long does it take for SG to update my email change? Enom is the domain name host who SG used for my SG web account, and I need the email changed in order to transfer my domain name and change the DNS also.

You may request a change of the administrative contact email of your domain either by writing to our Billing department at billing@siteground.com, or posting a ticket through your Customer area (https://www.siteground.com/customer_login.htm). After such a request is posted, please allow us one business day to update your email with our domain registrar.
