Why am i not getting any help

Not being funny i posted my first message yesterday at about 8pm or 9pm GMT and still got no help not only that my post is still waiting to be approved

i payed for 3 months host yesterday but yet i get no help im really not happy ..................................

I have experience Using Freewebs in the past its simple to use I Use HTML CODING WITH CCS , AND PICTURES with my own template and just upload them
example :

And some how it becomes a website lol

All i wish to know is that i have all my file ready to upload on my desktop

So how using your tools do i upload my pictures and HTML Pages and CCS Styles so that my INDEX.HTML Becomes my main page ?

i try ed that when u click a option it sends you to another option you click that you get put onto another option so i just gave up
