Edit Java Tab - Shows up below the page footer.

Hello

I have a javascript program that I created from an excel spreadsheet for an online price calculator on my website. I tried inserting the script on the appropriate page using a JS Widget and it works but all of the formatting of the script went away.

I then tried pasting the script into the Edit Javascript tab and it works and looks great but it shows up below the page footer on the page.

Any suggestions as to how to get the page to display correctly?
