Heya,

I've downloaded and installed the planet template by choosing:
1. Installers
2. Templates - Site
3. Put in the dir of the siteground58.zip file and clicked on "upload & install"

No problem here, it installed correctly. But when i put it on default and try to watch it (preview in new window) it gave a totally diffrent result, seen here: http://www.quivverone.com

Then i tried to install it on my localhost using xampp with the same method as above and it worked just fine!
I copied the siteground58 dir from the local templates directory and paste it on the same directory but then online, still the crappy site.

What's going wrong? the template should be correct since it is working locally. I haven't got this problem with diffrent templates (use the template chooser on Q1.com) The joomla site is a clean, just installed, site.

Plz help, i really like the template and i really wanna use it!

I have checked, but I saw that your web site is not hosted on our server:

http://iptools.com/dnstools.php?tool=dns&user_data=quivverone.com&type=A

Probably there is something in the server configuration that cause the issue.

The best solution will be to contact the support team of your hosting company. They should be able to assist you.

Yeah, im not hosted by Siteground, but the dudes @myhosting party * disabled word ** disabled word ** disabled word ** disabled word * ass, then can't specify what was wrong.

But i fixed it, i downloaded siteground69 or "kitten" and tried it on my site. It worked.
When i opened my siteground58 template it gave me a syntax error on the index.php on line 2.
So i copied the prefix and head from siteground69:

<?php defined( "_VALID_MOS" ) or die( "Direct Access to this location is not allowed." );$iso = split( '=', _ISO );echo '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="'. $iso[1] .'"?' .'>';?>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<?php mosShowHead(); ?>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html" <?php echo _ISO; ?>" />
<?php if ( $my->id ) { initEditor(); } ?>
<?php echo "<link rel=\"stylesheet\" href=\"$GLOBALS[mosConfig_live_site]/templates/$GLOBALS[cur_template]/css/template_css.css\" type=\"text/css\"/>" ; ?>
<link rel="alternate" title="<?php echo $mosConfig_sitename; ?>" href="<?php echo $GLOBALS['mosConfig_live_site']; ?>/index2.php?option=com_rss&no_html=1" type="application/rss+xml" />
<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="<?php echo $mosConfig_sitename?>" href="<?php echo $mosConfig_live_site;?>/index.php?option=com_rss&feed=RSS2.0&no_html=1" />
</head>

and pasted it into siteground58. No problemo, it worked just fine. I'm not sure what the problem was but it's working fine now.

Anyways, thnx 4 reply. Wheter it was a bit pointless or not :P
