View Full Version : Big Nuke Template Problem (White Screen)

In phpNuke 7.8, 7.9, and 8.0 I have found templates for each and have loaded them on in FTP and then went to preferences and found them and his 'Save Changes' (just like your tutorial says) and it always gives me a white screen on all of my Pages that I have set in that directory, including phpNuke. I can't get passed it at all. Then I have to reinstall everything again, and try another version and still get a white screen with any template I try. I installed it all correctly and did all of the sql stuff. What is the problem?

Thanks.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to troubleshoot it this way.

Please submit a ticket to the Support Team and they will help you.

when playing with a new template. Use another account to switch the template. Not every template works with different versions of nuke. You can reset the template through cpanel. You have to go into mysql and change the defualt template dont ask me where that is but I know it can be done. every template I test I use another account other then my admin accounts.

and no Bill, I do not have an account here, and your tutorials are deceiving. I was asking on behalf of a tutorial and none of your tutorials on installation or anything are indepth or even that incitive.

Ok, unfortunately what bill was trying to say was the issue would not be possible to troubleshoot without looking into your account further, hence why they needed you to open a ticket.

Its none of our business to provide support to other hosts, go ask your current host for that.

Actually Collin is quite right -- if your cpanel is giving you a white page, that clearly indicates that the issue is within your webhost and you should get in touch with their support team to get the issues resolved.

Also please note that there is no support in the forums. We do provide support to our customers via our ticketing system only.
