Streaming video in mambo

I wonder if anyone has got any experience with streaming video in mambo. I have seen some sites that use streming through flash. Are there any GPL addon mambo modules for this purpose that are any good? If anyone has experience with scaleabilty within large sites with lots of traffic with for example streming media i would appreciate some feedback. Thanks :D

As far as I am aware, streaming through flash is the most common and uncomplicated decent way of doing it, apart from including the video file as an embedded object in html, which is not really cool (check out this (http://www.student.oulu.fi/%7esairwas/object-test/results/) compatibility table for further info on using html object).
