Internal Server Error when using Facile forms

Help, when I installed forms, it's all ok, but when I click on a form, Contact form, it show Internal Server Error, why?

Hi,
It might be the file permissions on the server, the file permissions for facile forms may need to be chmodded to 755, I've had a similar problem with some of the joomla editors - might be best to ask support, they normally know which setting it should be :)
