sg template don't install

I´m download today (31/05) the sg template (siteground.zip) file.

Try install then but joomla (1.5.3) freeze and don't install the template.

I unzip archive and see this estructure:

I try repack file initializing by last siteground folder and don't work too.

Can someone help me?
