UDP Port 29900 open/closed?

I am trying to get a game server module to work iwhting my website here at siteground.

I was wondering if anyone knows if UDP port 29900 is open?

All outbound traffic to ports different than 25, 80, 110, 443 and 3306 is blocked. You may request a port to be open for you in a trouble ticket -- just give us the IP or IP range/network you want to be able to connect to :)
