Ok, I give up. Where can this be found?

The cPanel documentation says it has a chat module available. Does this have to be installed by siteground admin or am I just not looking in the right place?

They don't support either of these modules
even though the site documentation says it's available.

I don't mind that it's not here.
I do mind that the web page built by the site tells you something is working when it isn't.

well, that is not quite correct -- we do have a htaccess editor. The cPanel's file manager software has built in editor, which can be used to edit your htaccess files.

As for the chat module, you already have another thread opened, you can take a look there :)
