Guys,
I would like to write some blogs with do follow comments in both wordpress and blogspot.
How can it write? is there any plugins for this?
Please suggest me

Yes, there is a plugin for Wordpress:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/sem-dofollow/
I am not sure about Blogspot, but I guess you can change the template code, can't you? Look for the section defining the comments and just remove the rel="nofollow".

If the links in the comments are set as no-follow you cannot change that on a free hosting such as wordpress.com or blogspot.

Thats right, you would have very limited access to your website/s if your website is hosted on one of the servers that have free accounts. You should seek help from your developer, I am sure they can assist you better.
