Need assistance!

Hi, I really want to make a magazine on the web.

I want it to be like this:

Logo | My Main website Navigation
Image | Issue # + Time | Author
SG Banner | Top Story
Headlines in Magazine : 2-3 columns
My Copyright | Magazine Archive Page

And I want someone to come up with a css script similar to this:

Please make it html. And please dont put any other copyrights on it.

We all want our websites to look like Blizz's :) I doubt however that you will find a designer willing to do it free of charge for you.

Hmmm... Perhaps, you can give me some HTML codes not a script and some css so that I can modify it my self???
