Joomla Charge for Downloads

Hello,

First of all I want to know if the $20.10 special includes hosting for a FULL year and a FREE domain name for a year?

And I am not brand new to Joomla but need to be able to charge for templates and documents when they are downloaded and need to know what extensions SiteGround has preinstalled if any to achieve this? If not what type of system is SiteGround using to charge for their template downloads as I want the customer that I design Joomla sites for to be able to choose a template from my stock templates and be able to install them. I will offer custom specific templates but also need to be able to offer them my stock templates for download.

How can I achieve this with Joomla and SiteGround?

For this purpose you can use the VirtueMart component (http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/129/details). It is the most famous Joomla eCommerce component, which will allow you to sell downloadable products (in your case templates) from your website. It comes with integrated payment options and is pretty easy to use.
