assigned templates are not loading!!

I am working with this template: siteground-j15-55
When I created the site, I duplicated the template with different background colors as my client wanted sections to have different colors. It all worked perfectly until now.

Site is upgraded to Joomla 1.5.15
If you go to www.babyff.com you'll see the home page template (default siteground-j15-55) loads fine. If you go to any interior pages, the images/etc are not appearing.

All templates are installed and assigned in template manager. Permissions seem to match the default template directory.

I am able to preview the correct (different color) templates when viewed from admin/ template manager preview

What am I missing?

EDIT: Just turned off SEO Friendly URLs in Global config and it works correctly ... but we prefer it wuold work the way it did before. Please advise?

If you would like to have your SEO ON you will need to have the appropriate .htaccess rules applied to your account. Without them, the CSS/images/etc files are usually not displayed properly as the URL will not be an existing one.
