cron job in vtiger to receive calendar reminders

vTiger appears to require a cron to be set up to get reminders of calendar events sent by email.

I have never used cron. I did find the Cron jobs in cPanel and it looks easy enough.

This is what I tried so far: public_html/vtiger/cron/sendreminder.sh

and am getting error messages every minute: /bin/sh: /public_html/vtiger/cron/sendreminder.sh: No such file or directory

It seems that the path you have set in your cron job is incorrect. The correct path should be:

/home/Your_cPanel_Username/public_html/vtiger/cron/sendreminder.sh
