View Full Version : Confusing trouble with the support ticket/help desk system
I need help figuring out how to create a help desk ticket.
I understand you have a vast knowledge base of tutorials but I have been unable to find what I've been looking for over the past week or so.
Can anyone explain this to me?

Do you have helpdesk support contact number?
Ive tried to search in get support but i couldnt find one. I couldnt find the solution as well in your knowledge database.

I am afraid that we don't provide support by phone. Our experience shows that hosting issues are solved much faster and more efficiently through our ticket system. This way we can keep track of all customers' issues and offer more reliable support.
If you experience a problem with your account with us, you can submit a trouble ticket via your Customer's Area -> Get Support tab -> Help Desk Area.
