Could someone help me?

Hi everyone, my name is Juli and I just started my first phpbb board and it sure isn't frontpage. LOL.

Anyway, I was wondering could someone tell me how to do a text change on the page that comes up after someone login's that has been banned? I FTP'ed the page down login.php and I can't find where to make the change.
