Zoom gallery catagory problem

While following Sitegrounds excellent tutorial on installing Zoom gallery, I ran into a problem. When I try to create a new gallery, it gives me an error message, but doesn't tell me what the error is. I have filled in all the blanks for the catagory, but that hasn't helped. I am new at this CMS thing. Thanks.

Can please elaborate on the error you get? If there is no error message, can you please tell when did the error appear - what steps exactly did you complete? Any information you provide would help us investigate the problem.
