Reset my entire website?

I tired looking around, and I did find this:

But I cant get to the "How to clean your account and start from scratch. "
Any help here?

In order to have your account recreated there are two steps to follow:

1. Delete everything inside the public_html directory;
2. Delete everything inside the .fantasticodata directory.

The above will clean all your current web content and allow you to install any new application.

Alternatively, you can post a new ticket in the cPanel related issues category.

My colleagues will recreate your account and you will be able to start building your web site from scratch.

Yes, the provided instructions apply for any account hosted with us. If you wish to reset your account and start building the site from scratch, you need simply to delete all content from the public_html/.fantasticodata directories.
