Unroutable address bounce back error message

I am unable to find any help in the support area in relation to this error. I am constantly getting this error whenever I send out too many emails and as I am an education provider this is causing a lot of problems.

Is there a solution to increase the number of emails sent per hour to unlimited or higher number as there are times when I have to send out in excess of 20 emails within a short timespan. Usually I send out between 5-10 emails per hour and I am getting this error very frequently

Please assist by supplying a fix or workaround.

I am afraid there is no way to increase the maximum number of emails sent per hour on the shared hosting server. This is an important limit which makes sure that the server is not overloaded and also helps fighting spam.
