Problem with a text background

Hi! I have little problem with the "Palms" template. The text background which should be blue, in my case happens to be white... it looks terrible :/ the template is brilliant for me, and I wish to resolve this problem. Does anyone know whats the problem? Please mind i'm beginner. THX!!

Could you please give us an URL to verify the issue. I suppose something has gone wrong with the CSS which is unusual unless you have made some modifications to it.
