2 days ago my friend was emailed by SITEGROUND that we should upgrade our hosting account to VPS and that
there wont be a "downtime".
So we bought a VPS2 a while ago.
Then we received a ticket stating the the VPS2 will be up in 2 days.
and currently our website www.h1red.com is DOWN,
showing this:
403 - Forbidden Error
You are not allowed to access this address.
If the error persists, please contact the website webmaster.
is this called a downtime? or siteground has initiated fraudulent marketing?
