The saga begins, i transferred hosted to SiteGround, last Nov. My site has not worked since then. I put a ticket in, IN Nov, that was NEVER responded to, and was closed.

furthermore, it says my ticket is UNREAD!!! where is this so called best customer support????!

Also on that same page, there is an option to "click here if your site is down"

Then you get a page that asks you to run a ping and tracert to your web site, so i do that, and hit submit, and it asks me to put in a subject line....

THERE IS NO SUBJECT LINE!!!!! so this ticket can't even be submitted.

what kind of company is this?!

this is completely unacceptable.

The reason for which your website was not accessible is that the domain name has not been pointed properly to your SiteGround account. Everything is well explained in the ticket reply.
