I am trying to set up a subdirectory file on my domain http://www.money-affiliate.com with the same image files, because I want to do a test split.

The support staff from siteground want to charge a sum of $30.00 to do this for me.


I am been writing emails to the support staff of siteground asking them in plain english how do set up the images for my website but all I get is this technical jargon which not all us understand.

I would like your comments.

Hello,

What you have requested was to change images of several web pages, this includes hard code editing and would take a lot of time.

Apparently, your request was not as you first stated. It was just to change the name of a folder that contained your files.

This was done for free by me, even that it is considered a webdesign issue and not a hosting-related one (your account is running smoothly).

It was all a matter of mis-communication, but I believe that the problem was located and solved within a decent amount of time.
