UpLoad a DB BackUp

Hello.
I've read the FAQ,but i can't understand well the BackUp Restore. For example : i have a DB backup ( phpBB for ex. ). I would like to Upload it into my phpBB that is on my siteground server. I can do it by myself, or i need to upload it and ask for the BackUp service?

MySQL Export: How to backup your MySQL database?

You can easily make a dump of (export/backup) your MySQL database via the cPanel > MySQL Databases > phpMyAdmin. The shortcut to the phpMyAdmin tool is located at the very bottom of the MySQL Databases tab.

Once the database administration tool loads, please select from the drop down menu called Database (located in the left upper corner of your web browser) the database that your application uses.

MySQL Import: How to restore your MySQL database?

To restore (import) a database in phpMyAdmin, first choose the database you'll be restoring from the left menu. Then click the SQL tab. You have the option of importing an .sql file. Use the [Browse] button to find it on your local computer and then click Go at the bottom of the page.

Colin can you help me with this fantastico ade a mees out of my board, and following the siteground instructions to restore my board site, I get this when trying to import my database

import.php: Missing parameter: import_type (FAQ 2.8)
import.php: Missing parameter: format (FAQ 2.8)

also when I'm on the mysqladministratio panel, it keep asking me to enable cookies and they are
I'm doing it from the back up thatfantastico creates but also on the back up I do not see my custom style and do not know where it is HELP

The sql database is for all the blogs and boards that I have on the site?
