It is difficult to debug a script's behavior based on the facts listed in the forum.
Please post a ticket through your Customer Area->Get Support->Get Support-Help desk and provide us with detailed instructions on how to recreate the problem at our end. Then it will be easier to look for a solution.

I would do if I could find a way of by-passing your knowledge base links....I've yet to get to an area on your support section where I can actally send a message. Could you be more precise...

Once you log in your Customer Area, please navigate to the Get Support->Get Support-Help desk section. There you can post a ticket under the Script Installation category.
Click on the Go button and enter the all the requested details. Update the ticket with detailed instructions on how to recreate your problem and we will do our best to resolve it.

Script installations that are not in the list scripts that we install for free are considered paid services. Please note that we have quite a vast number of scripts that we do install for free and generally those are the most commonly requested installations. Since each specific script comes with different installation instructions/procedures we do apply fees for the extra time a non-standard installation takes.
