can't make ftp transfer

Not sure which forum to post in, but hope I can get help here. I can make a connection with my ftp client, but cannot transfer files. I can even make a new directory, but I can't delete it. I am behind a firewall so have set the connection to Active mode. Any advice appreciated.

I would advise you disable your firewall first and try again. :)
